Outbound Shipping (Sending to Us)

Secure Packaging Requirements

To prevent damage during transit, all shears must be secured in a protective case, wrap, or sleeve. Ensure that blades are not touching each other and that there is no "movement" within the box. We recommend using a padded mailer or a small corrugated box with tracking.

Insurance & Tracking

Battle Born is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) during transit to our lab. We strongly advise customers to purchase shipping insurance and retain their tracking numbers until the order is confirmed as received.

Inbound Shipping (Returning to You)

Standard Return Shipping

All completed orders are returned via tracked shipping. You will receive an automated email with your tracking number the moment your tools leave our facility.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure and accurate shipping address. Battle Born is not liable for "Porch Piracy" or theft once the carrier has marked the package as "Delivered."

Professional Liability & Service Guarantee

Equipment Condition Audit

Upon arrival, every tool undergoes a "Pre-Service Inspection." If we determine that a tool is beyond repair (cracked steel, severe pitting, or irreparable "hacksaw" sharpening by a previous technician), we will contact you before proceeding.

Limited Liability

Battle Born’s liability is limited to the cost of the sharpening service provided. While we restore tools to factory-specifications, we are not liable for the mechanical failure of aging components (springs, washers, or tension screws) that may occur through normal professional use.

The 7-Day Performance Guarantee

We stand by our work. If your tools do not perform to the Battle Born Standard upon return, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will prioritize a re-service to ensure your complete satisfaction.
